Destination Details

In Hokkaido, snow is a language—and Niseko is where you learn to speak it fluently. Here, chasing powder isn’t a pastime; it’s a way of life.

This backcountry skiing experience is designed for strong skiers ready to move beyond chairlifts and crowds, trading groomers for skin tracks, quiet forests, and consistently deep, high-quality snow. Each day is guided by conditions, weather, and terrain, with expert local guides leading the way to the best snow available.

Your backcountry ski adventure is led by the only IFMGA‑certified mountain guide in the area who calls Niseko home full‑time. Fluent in Japanese and deeply connected to the local guide community, your guide brings insider knowledge, authentic connections, and unmatched expertise to every run. You’ll have the opportunity to chase the best snow in the region each day, moving as a team, navigating terrain based on conditions and flow.

Expect: untouched lines, deep turns, and daily onsens after a day of immaculate run to restore body and mind.

Come for the powder: Leave transformed.

As with all YOLO DAT experiences, this adventure is fully customizable. We’ll tailor the details to match your goals, preferences, and priorities—whether that means adjusting the length, pace, terrain focus, accommodations, or adding experiences. Tell us what matters most to you—we’ll handle the rest.
